Verbal Section
The verbal portion of the GRE has four types of questions: Antonyms, Analogies,
Sentence Completion, and Reading Comprehension.
The computer-based GRE verbal section has about 30 questions in a
single 30 minute session. The questions adapt to your skill level,
getting harder or easier depending on your performance. Because this
test is adaptive, fewer questions are required to obtain an accurate
score than was the case for the written GRE.
